Hometown: Morgantown, WV

Before TMF: I was and am an artist! I received my Master's of Fine Art from AAU. Fitness is the most amazing compliment to hours of painting in the studio.

In the House of TMF: Expect smooth transitions to keep you moving around your reformer in creative ways – class will fly by!

Fave Class to Teach: Right now, CardioSculpt! So many fun ways to play with choreography.
