CYCLING CLASS OFFERINGS

Here at Tahoe Mountain Fitness we offer 3 high intensity cycling experiences: Sprint, RPM Cycle, The Trip.

  • Sprint is a quick and intense 30 minute that uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to achieve fast fat burning results. 

  • THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, THE TRIP takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

  • RPM CYCLE™ is an instructor led class guided by great music and personal drive. Unlike THE TRIP™, there is no visual aid and cyclists ride as one in response to auditory cues from the music and your instructor. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
