Tahoe Mountain Fitness believes that everything begins with a loving community. The endless web of loving relationships we build leads to a more harmonious and supportive infrastructure of community. A healthy community inspires fulfillment in each of our hearts. We give because it is inspired within our hearts to do so. 

Tahoe Mountain Fitness has donated Gift Certificates to many local causes, events, and charities. We are interested in donating free memberships, classes, and private sessions to local causes in an effort to support our local schools, the arts, sports, and charities.
