Lead by Owner, Director, Nutritional Coach & Fitness/Health Expert Holly Hust, this 8 Week Challenge focuses on YOU.  Holly sculpts these 8 weeks into what you want & need:  Personalized Meal Plans to support your Health & Goals, Recipes that fit w/ YOUR nutritional styles & schedule. Includes One on one in person time w/ Holly:  Health, Self-Care, Fitness & Nutrition Consultations, Body composition analysis & reports, as well as ample phone communication to guide & support you.  Includes Personal Training & Workouts designed for you.  This is NOT a cookie cutter challenge.  The TMF Summer Challenge has got your name on it:  Individualized.  Make this summer ALL YOURS.

8 WEEK HEALTH: FITNESS & NUTRITION        SUMMER CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

Three (3) inBody Composition Scans

Get the most accurate information about your body from the inside out.   First scan will be done to give you a base line and your second scan at the half way point, and your third scan will be done upon completion of the 12 weeks.

Live Classes

Included are access to 5-live classes that can be used anytime during the challenge.  Option for Non Members:  Add-on larger class packs or  become a member for duration of challenge. 

Accountability

Checkins and motivation from our dedicated tribe of instructors, trainers, and coaches will help push you to that next fitness level. One on one time in person & phone time w/ Holly.

Personal Training

Receive Three (3) 30-minute training sessions with Holly or one of our in house trainers.  This will allow us to tailor a plan fit just for you.  Larger training packages will be available for purchase to get maximum results.

Open Gym, Boxing Gym & Virtual Class Unlimited Access

Need to hit the treadmill or the rower, maybe a quick lifting session?  Unlimited Open Gym, Boxing Gym & Virtual Class access is included.

Nutrition

Personalized Meal Plans.  Recipe ideas and tips for what to pick will available for those looking for help making more informed food choices.
