10-WEEK CHALLENGE?
Three (3) inBody Composition Scans
Get the most accurate information about your body from the inside out. First scan will be done to give you a base line and your second scan at the half way point, and your third scan will be done upon completion of the 12 weeks.
Live Classes
Included are access to 5-live classes that can be used anytime during the challenge.
Accountability
Weekly checkins and motivation from our dedicated tribe of instructors, trainers, and coaches will help push you to that next fitness level.
Personal Training
Receive Three (3) 30-minute training sessions with one of our in house trainers. This will allow us to tailor a plan fit just for you. Larger training packages will be available for purchase to get maximum results.
Open Gym Access
Want to just hit the treadmill or the rower, maybe a quick lifting session? Unlimited Open Gym access is included.
Nutrition
Nutrition is a huge part of our fitness and one we tend to over look. Recipe ideas and tips for what to pick will available for those looking for help making more informed food choices.
