I would like to start off by saying that Jon is a fantastic person, an extremely professional, knowledgeable trainer and rehabilitation coach.
I started kickboxing and weight training with Jon almost a year ago. As a golfer and fitness fanatic I tend to push myself really hard. Injuries happen, and Jon knows how to keep me in the game by addressing these issues. He knows exactly what to work on to relieve pain and discomfort. And he always provides positive energy and alternative exercises. Jon's coaching has greatly improved my strength, functionality and confidence.
