THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, THE TRIP takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

RPM CYCLE™ is an instructor led class guided by great music and personal drive. Unlike THE TRIP™, there is no visual aid and cyclists ride as one in response to auditory cues from the music and your instructor. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
BODY COMBAT
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. BODYPUMP WEIGHTLIFTING ENDURANCE TRAINING​
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

ROLL, STRETCH & RECOVER
A class that provides a guided practice using a foam roller, myofascial release balls, yoga straps, & other equipment to release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote recovery.
We use Myofascial release, targeting the fascia (connective tissue) surrounding muscles and we use stretching to release/lengthen muscles to address tightness and pain. We will guide you through various sequences & ensure proper form & technique to maximize benefits & minimize risk. Myofascial release & stretching combined can improve range of motion, reduce soreness & pain and enhance overall body awareness & performance.
We go for a well rounded focus - targeting all muscle groups: back, legs, shoulders, chest, glutes, etc; promoting overall alignment, better posture & general health.

When Group X & Cycle Studios are not being used for these classes, we offer VIRTUAL GROUP X & CYCLE CLASSES. Virtual Group X & Cycle Class offerings include all Les Mills Class formats: BODYPUMP, GRIT, SPRINT, THE TRIP, RPM, BODYCOMBAT, CORE, BARRE, etc.
Virtual Group X & Cycle Classes are included in all our memberships. Drop-ins, Day Passes, Class Packs, & 5 Day Visitor Passes are also available.

Virtual Les Mills workouts are crafted by expert trainers and proven in the lab to be safe and effective. Our Virtual classes are presented on our LED wall giving you the ability to fully immerse yourself. ​
SNOW POLICY: Classes will be held except in unsafe conditions. We realize that there are times when road conditions at Tahoe Mountain Fitness are safe, yet travel from other parts of Truckee and the surrounding region are inadvisable and vise versa. We will make whatever decisions necessary on class cancellations to keep our staff & our students: our TRIBE, safe.
For classes scheduled between 5:00am - 8:30am, we will make a decision whether or not these classes will be cancelled depending on weather forecasts made the evening before by 5 pm.
For all classes scheduled after 8:30 am we will make a decision whether or not these classes will be cancelled depending on real-time weather one hour prior to scheduled class times.
