Join Kendall the first weekend of every month for a nourishing practice of breathwork, slow yoga & sound meditation designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.

 

We’ll begin by grounding through the breath, exploring a few accessible, seasonally relevant pranayama techniques to settle the body and mind. From there, we’ll move through slow, mindful yoga asana, gradually transitioning into yin and restorative postures to support release and ease.

 

The practice closes with an extended sound meditation of approximately 40 minutes, featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and other resonant instruments.

 

This immersive soundscape supports inward listening, relaxation, and restoration, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed. Please wear comfortable layers and bring anything that will support your comfort during the sound meditation. Essential oil roll-ons and eye masks will be available, and you’re welcome to bring your own.
