"I started taking Holly's kicking boxing class back in 2009. I was happy to find a kicking boxing class locally, since I had been doing some form of kickboxing since 1999. Once I started her class I was hooked the energy of the class and Holly's energy along could keep that class going I was impressed with how she remembered my name from the first class I went to. Her class are always high energy and fun never a dull moment.
After some time I decide to change up my fitness goal so I started going to Holly's contact classes which I found to be an awesome workout as well, quite different from cardio kickboxing it still high energy and super fun. Plus it nice to hit something sometime and feel tough. Holly is an awesome instructor always comes in with a smile and ready to give it her all. She gives direction when needed to help prevent injury. Holly also has experience in yoga which also helps when you need a different avenue in fitness or just have a question on how to stretch a tight muscle out.Come and see what all the hype is all about!!"
