Tahoe Mountain Field Fitness: Open Air Group Workout.
This class is designed to build strength, fitness and camaraderie through a variety of intense group intervals over one hour. We will incorporate bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats and sit ups interspersed with running and competitive games. Meet at TMF, wear clothes you can get a lil dirty, athletic shoes you can jog in and bring a water bottle. Look out for this class to start back up in June 2017!
